The Records Management Department
The records management department is dedicated to providing the highest quality and most effective services possible to all school, central office, and public clientele. The Records Management staff will go the extra step to meet your departmental and campus document management needs. Our Primary goal is that all records shall be efficiently managed and retained to meet all legal, financial, auditing, administrative, research, and historical needs of the Brownsville ISD.

Records Management is the District’s record keeper, preserving the District’s history by overseeing the management of records. One of the Records Management’s goals is to provide customers with fast and accurate access to important District information, no matter where it is, where they are, for however long it is needed – all the while being able to track it, point -to-point, from the moment of deposit to the time of destruction.
